Introduction

Dev Recipe Dot respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy outlines the procedures for reporting copyright infringement and for submitting counter-notices.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA notice, you must provide: 1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; 2) identification of the infringing material and its URL on dev.recipedot.com; 3) your contact information (name, address, phone, email); 4) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; 5) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing: identification of the material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your contact information, and your signature. We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant and restore the material within 10-14 days unless they seek a court order.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. A repeat infringer is someone who has been subject to at least two valid DMCA takedown notices.
